We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, execution, and delivery of product initiatives across our engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, enjoys translating complex ideas into clear execution plans, and excels at driving cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact consumer products.

What you will do

• Define and own the engineering roadmap through deep research and a strong understanding of business goals and customer needs
• Draft, review, and finalize product requirements documents and functional specifications for engineering-led initiatives
• Evaluate third-party APIs and external capabilities, working with partners to map integration plans and technical dependencies
• Manage and prioritize the engineering backlog to ensure alignment with product vision and business priorities
• Run sprints in close partnership with the engineering lead, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, customer, finance, and other teams to manage dependencies and sequencing of work
• Oversee new feature development, including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, and execution tracking
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and provide weekly and ad hoc status updates to stakeholders
• Funnel change requests and shifting priorities from multiple teams to the engineering team while keeping the technical roadmap on track
• Improve and maintain documentation for mission-critical systems and core operational processes

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience with strong technical or product expertise, including managing multiple product roadmaps
• Extensive technical background with a solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, and networked systems
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering, marketing, customer, operations, and finance teams
• Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and researchers, preferably on consumer-facing software products
• Strong judgment in weighing competing priorities, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating new ideas with stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain focus on overarching business goals while deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into product improvements
• Familiarity with Agile and OKR-based product development, preferably within squad or tribe structures
• Hands-on experience applying lean methodologies to quickly validate assumptions and iterate on both problems and solutions
